I am composing "Fundamental Philosophy of Peace ２" from the viewpoint of "the earth in the universe".(Brain storming)
The earth in the universe
Infinite＝the unknown world inevitably exist→menace inevitably exist.
necessity of development in both military and non-military field. necessity of devolopment of power of peace creation.
Do the futile conflicts decreace if excercises exceed actual fightings.
ideal = excercises exceed actual fightings.
futile conflicts = one of the cause of war on earth?
by development of virtual reality
reduce futile conflicts except for the conflict which develop the earth?
development of earth only by the excercise
Terror…terrorists groups were made? mere coincedence that the terrorism meets the demand of the time or made by unknown force
current = cold war - low intensified conlicts (book by Habu?)- war against the terror.
terrorists acts by their own thoughts but they are droven by the demand of the time, seeing from the viewpoint of development of the earth?
For example, (Suicide) bomb attacks happening one after another in Iraq. Terrorists are - they are thinking- fighting agaist US or different denominations, often at the costs of their own lives. But from the different point of the view, Couldn't it be that they are being moved without knowing a main purpose of unknown force to develop the earth into the terror resistant world.
How about the salin(?) gas attack in the Tokyo subway system in Japan. Before commenting on this incident, I clarify my thought that I am against any kind of murder. Many people were killed in several subway places by poisonous gas attacks by some members of religious group Oumu sinri kyo(don't know spelling and name in English ?)I think they scattered salin gas for their ideal, goal, or fight. But from the global point of view, they might be moved by unknown force for the purpose that Japan, one of the developed countries, become more terror resistant, terror crisis manageable society through gathering actual experience of war against terror.
How about the experiments on human beings by some Japanese in some place of China or else during the World War Two. (cf Seiichi Morimura Akumano Hou Syoku or (?), Syusaku Endou Umi To Dokuyaku or (?). The latter is total fiction?). Japan did the development of bacteriological weapons or else for the purpose to "win the war". But Looking at this from the different point of view. Those experiments served to accumulate the various kind of knowledge and data about the body of living thing on earth named human. Japanese who related those experiments were moved without knowing it?
without destructive weapons. without armed conflicts by more constructive deed. Can we build more peaceful world？
By "experience of terror" the world become more peaceful(terror-resist, terrors decreace)? alternative exists?

Activity in JC must be in the limit that will not bring about victims?
Not confronting the reality.
JC pacifist must not briing about victims
Do not touch the matter?
the case in which the number of victims be increased without military presence.

What does the word "righteness" mean?
the least victim in the reality or in the long period?
Closest to JC?
In any reason, if the rules "You shall not kill" or "Love your enemy" are right, the deed which are against the rules are wrong.
But there must be the cases in which the pacific state in the reality are kept by the wrong deeds→the modest thought that deny the violence and forces is effective for preventing from the unnecessary escalation of the violence and forces←dilemma?→In a sense, unjustified use of force is hard to do (soldiers will not obey)
I can't or should not solve the queston？
reality that I dont want to know？
will the conflicts occur even after the time when human-beings will live in the space？(tragedies repeat?）
ultimate peace is "Joyous Coexistence"
