Appeal for peace in the Former Yugoslavia (revising)

In my opinion, there are a few root of the conflict in the Former Yugoslavia.

Firstly, it is a struggle for natural resources in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Secondary, it is strategic importance of Balkan in world politics.

Thirdly, I am not sure, but munition industries behind the scenes as they might provoke the two World Wars in this century.

But, Can these points or whatever reasons justify the death of over 200,000 people in the conflict?

Did Jesus, the mutual holy one of the three major religions of former Yugoslavia; Islam, Orthodox, and Catholic church teach us to be in such discord?

I consider that the words of Jesus such as;

"Love your enemies, and be good to everyone who hates you"

(St.luke:6-27)

"But I am giving you a new command. You must love each other, just as I have loved you"

(St.John:13-34)

are very important for building peace again in former Yugoslavia.

However, throughout the conflict, a lot of blood were shed caused by hatred against and misunderstanding about the different religions and ethnic groups cursing each other as devilish ones.

We are human-being who can solve conflicts by peaceful means and make the better societies.
Although the wounds caused by the conflicts would still inflict many people and it would take a long time to heal them, but NOW is the time for reconstruction.

I send my hope that peace (=Joyous coexistence) will be recovered in former Yugoslavia―from Japan, the country which have restarted after the second World War as a peace loving country as typically shown in the article 9 of our post war constitution.
